Ahlusion Return Policy
Our return policy is fairly simple. You will find that we at Ahlusion take great pride in our products and are honest in handling any issues, and we would appreciate the same in return.
- We accept a 28 day return from the date of delivery on all Ahlusion branded * electronics, including Ahlusion branded atomizers, batteries, (USB and wall) chargers, passthroughs, PCCs.
* Ahlusion branded electronics, are those components and devices mentioned above carrying a permanently affixed by the manufacturer "Ahlusion" logo.
- We accept a 15 day return from the date of delivery on all other electronics NOT carrying the Ahlusion branding. All non-Ahlusion branded electronics will be phased out from inventory by March 01, 2011, so this will no longer apply after March 15, 2011.
* Unless specifically stated otherwise on any product page, the above policy on electronics (including consumables such as batteries, atomizers, cartomizers) is valid.
- We do not accept returns on opened E-Liquid/E-Juice bottles; opened as in, the seal broken or tampered with. Before purchasing, please be aware of what you are purchasing (Nicotine, PG/VG levels etc). E-liquids/E-Juices and Flavorings are food based products and due to sanitary reasons and because they are custom made each and every time at the time of order, we do not accept returns.

How to process a return:
- Contact us prior to repacking your defective product (See approved electronic products above) - within the 15 or 28 day period as applicable.
- Include a copy of your receipt or packing slip with a brief description of the defect.
- Please include your invoice number on the outside of the shipping box.
Important: Please use a traceable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
