We have published the following explation of the most common order statuses:
Pending: an order is set to pending when we are still verifying account and order details such as age, valid payment, and address information
Confirmed: this status is set when an order has been verified and accepted
Preparing: this is set when an order is moved to the mixing area and prepared. An order can stay in this status for 20 minutes up to several hours depending on the order size and items ordered. Some e-liquids are prepared overnight.
Ready for Shipment: when an order has been prepared it moves to our bottling and QA area and prepared for shipment.
Shipped: when a tracking number is attached to an order it is set to the shipped status. Usually tracking information is available within 24 hours after being picked up by the shipper (USPS, UPS or FedEx). For most residential orders we use USPS; UPS and FedEx are used for our commercial/wholesale orders.
Declined: an order is declined (or rejected) for several reasons:
1. Rejected by the card issuing bank
2. Rejected by our bank
3. Or rejected by both.
4. Order originated from a country with a statistically high incidence of fraud.
This may be due to the order being placed from a high risk country, invalid billing address details, a failed age check, other suspected fraudulent data, or due to a lack of funds. Reasons for a decline/rejection are not always available to us. Please contact your card issuing bank. Some banks place a hold on transactions placed through Ahlusion - most banks release these funds back to your account within 24 - 48 hours. This is not something we have control over.
